what is the location?
`in person for most offerings. phone or zoom may be offered for integration sessions, guided meditations, and other offerings.
what will happen after the session?
`you are invited to practice exquisite self-care. if sleepy, go to sleep. if not, spend some time outside to ground and connect in the elements. drink lots of water. dance. laugh with friends.
`I am happy to answer any follow up questions you may have and will check-in in a few days or a week.
are scholarships available?
`absolutely! if you are essential personnel, bipoc, and/or just need some love we are always happy to support you.
what else?
`meditation, reiki, herbs, and yoga compliment ayurvedic and traditional chinese medicine , however are not substitutes for western medical care, clearly. always consult your primary care provider before adopting new modalities into your wellness routine.

`Anne's master's degree in applied healing arts informs transformative leadership and social change draws on ancient wisdom traditions, including five element theory, shamanism, taoism, and a connection to the wheel of the year.
`anne began her study and practice of yoga in 2001, sustainability in 2003, herbalism, ritual and ceremony in 2008, and applied mindfulness in 2010. She is part of the inagural Vital cohort 2022-2023 and is constantly pursuing education and embodied wisdom.
